Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what is and is not allowed on Datestiny, operated by VirtueTank LLC. It applies to every user, every profile, and every message, and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violating it can result in content removal, suspension, or permanent banning — and where the law requires it, referral to law enforcement.

1. Age requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Datestiny in any way. There are no exceptions.
• Misrepresenting your age, or knowingly interacting with someone you believe to be under 18 on the platform, is grounds for an immediate permanent ban.
• Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. See Section 3.

2. Illegal acts

You may not use Datestiny to commit, facilitate, promote, solicit, or plan any illegal activity. This includes, without limitation: fraud, extortion, blackmail, stalking, distribution of controlled substances, unlawful weapons sales, money laundering, and any violation of applicable local, state, national, or international law.

3. Zero tolerance: child sexual exploitation and abuse

We maintain absolute zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") in any form. Prohibited without exception:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, real or synthetic (including AI-generated or drawn imagery).
• Sexualized depictions, descriptions, or discussion of anyone under 18.
• Grooming behavior, or any attempt to arrange contact with a minor.

Violations result in immediate permanent ban, preservation of evidence, and reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement.

4. Prohibited content

The following content is not allowed anywhere on Datestiny — profiles, photos, bios, intro videos, or messages:

• Sexually explicit content — nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit photos, videos, or text in profile content. Datestiny is for finding a partner, not for adult content.
• Non-consensual content — intimate images or information about any person shared without their consent ("revenge porn"), threats to share such material (sextortion), and deepfake or manipulated intimate imagery.
• Content depicting or promoting sexual violence — including any content that depicts, celebrates, threatens, or incites rape, sexual assault, or coercion.
• Violent or hateful content — credible threats of violence, gore, incitement, or content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
• Another person's content or identity — photos that aren't you, impersonation of any person, or fabricated identities.

5. Prohibited behavior

• Commercial sexual activity and trafficking — offering, soliciting, advertising, or facilitating prostitution, escort services, or commercial sexual services; and any activity that facilitates human trafficking or sex trafficking, including recruiting, transporting, or advertising victims. These are also reported to law enforcement.
• Scams and fraud targeting users — romance scams, investment or cryptocurrency schemes ("pig butchering"), soliciting money, gifts, or financial information from other users, phishing, or directing users to fraudulent external sites. Soliciting money from other users in any form is prohibited.
• Commercial solicitation — advertising, selling, or promoting products or services, including subscription content platforms, multi-level marketing, or recruiting users to other services.
• Harassment and abuse — unwanted sexual messages, threats, intimidation, doxxing, or continued contact after someone has said no, blocked you, or left a conversation.
• Sexual violence and off-platform harm — any sexual contact without consent arranged through the platform is grounds for a permanent ban and referral to law enforcement, in addition to any criminal consequences.
• Platform abuse — bots, automation, scraping, multiple accounts, ban evasion, or circumventing safety and moderation systems.

6. How we enforce this

• Every candidate profile passes an AI Safety review before it is ever shown to another user — screening for off-platform solicitation, commercial pitches, and predatory or hostile language.
• Photos must clearly show your own face. We do not currently verify photos against a live selfie — impersonating someone else is a violation of this policy and grounds for removal.
• Every profile and conversation has one-tap Report and Block. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team; accounts are automatically flagged for review after repeated reports.
• Depending on severity, enforcement ranges from content removal and warnings to immediate permanent bans. CSAE, trafficking, and sexual-violence violations skip the ladder: immediate ban, evidence preserved, authorities notified.

7. Reporting violations

Use the in-app Report button on any profile or conversation, or email info@datestinyapp.com. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
